You will then receive a return approval code. Ship your defective item to ATX Float address below. Upon receipt, we will immediately ship a replacement.

Please note, waterproof items have submersion limits. Free exchange 12 month warranty will only be honored for items without water damage. Items with water damage require an exchange fee.
